整meringue 係因為尋日用浄咗D cream, 整meringue 夾cream係呢度一個typical 小甜點。加上我打算煮spaghetti alla carbonara 俾佢哋lunch (我呢D減肥就食燕麥啦

今日三八婦女節,不過我一向都唔慶祝,我話我仲係慶祝4月4兒童節㗎咋(不過其實意大利冇兒童節...但我會自己慶祝)
😜意大利人嘅婦女節好興送mimosa花,係黃色一點點好似大粒嘅滿天星,不過我一直都覺得佢好核突。今朝Marco 接咗duck duck出院,佢send張相俾我話係送俾我嘅超大mimosa (因為都係黃色
😂)。過咗兩個星期,Duck duck終於翻返嚟啦,掛死我
😚 不過2350€我好肉赤,就咁冇咗十幾廿個Le creuset
😭 唔好再比我見到嗰個衰人 (不過好有愛心嘅車輋話,見一次都可以嘅,起碼知道佢冇事)。不過我就話,其實對於我來講,個個黑人都係一樣樣

- 預熱焗爐100度
- 兩個蛋白加80-100g 糖打到超厚身
- 焗45 mins
- 45 mins後,由佢繼續喺焗爐放一個小時
(最後少少蛋白我加咗啲元氣綠茶粉)
