車輋返咗小學後,要自己帶茶點,今晚應承整曲奇俾佢,問佢要乜嘢味,佢竟然話要四種味:芝士,朱古力,綠茶,原味!本來我都好想滿足佢,不過我揾唔到包綠茶粉,希望唔係掉咗!喺香港時我買咗都冇拎返嚟添,明天再努力搵下,今晚先焗朱古力和原味。
今年返香港時,有親戚(亞嫂個妹,唔知點叫,不過都算親戚啩)送咗叮噹叮嚀,大牙大鼻曲奇模俾我,印得好清楚!車輋日日都要睇多啦A夢,啱哂佢!
材料: (約二十四塊)
牛油 100g
糖 65-80g
蛋黃 1隻
麵粉 200g
先將牛油和糖混合,加蛋黄,再加麵粉,如做其他味,再另加芝士粉,朱古力粉等味。
所有材料混合後是鬆鬆散散的,可以放入保鮮袋比較易壓實。然後放入雪櫃。如果唔係即日焗可以雪藏冰格,幾時想食都得,又可以隨時用來做撻皮。如果即日焗,最好都放雪櫃下格最少一小時。
雪櫃一拎出嚟係有D硬和碎,不過搓下碌下好快就成到一塊可以印模。
呢個食譜我用咗好多年,下次想試嘖花曲奇。

刪除琴曰揾到杏仁粉,好想試下用嚟做曲奇,但係我諗要等到毛毛下個月返全日我先有時間。你個recipe好少材料就可以做得咁好我都想試下。
